The focus is building interactive relationships to increase students' career awareness. This is the first time WMHS career day has been hosted since the 2018 school year and it was great to welcome our community business leaders back to our campus. Today's event is only one way to be part of the School to Careers program at WMHS, which is available to all high school students. School to Careers provides career readiness opportunities throughout the year by bringing in guest speakers, job shadows, internships, mock interviews and other work-based learning opportunities.
