The Athena and Adams Library summer job application deadline is coming up soon! Don't forget to complete your applications and get them turned in by May 15th.

The bus drop off gate and athletes entrance will be open at 7:45 in the morning ready to go. Please share with all the teams that this is the location for teams to enter and bring their tents and implements etc...
No tents will be allowed in the stadium area, only on the practice field directly west of the stadium as indicated in the picture below.
Please remind all the athletes and coaches that absolutely no food or drinks except water on the track or turf at any time during the day. Our stadium manager will ask them to remove it.
The main entrance will be unlocked at 9:00AM for fans to enter at that time. No coolers, tents or pets are allowed in the stadium by fans. Please let people know the back (north) entrance to the stadium and the north stadium bleachers will be locked and not available.
Gate will be $5 for students and $8 for adults.

EOTA and Cottonwood applications close next week May 15th, and the other camps the application closes May 31st.
