Wildhorse and AWERE Foundation grants support Weston McEwen Homecoming game with new Goal posts
A big thank you to the Wildhorse Foundation and the AWERE Foundation for the purchase of new football field goal posts at Weston McEwen High School. This Friday welcomes Homecoming with the installation of the new goal posts. The labor involved with installing and removing the old high school football goal posts was a safety issue as well as labor intensive throughout the year. The field doubles as a baseball field in the off season and supports other community events throughout the year. Each removal and installation of the old posts required heavy duty city equipment and extra muscle. The new goal posts fly high with school colors supporting the Weston McEwen TigerScots. It's a great day to be a TigerScot.
